    Our International Exchange-Trainee (EP) programs aim to promote the best technical and intercultural experience possible. To achieve this, we have established a worldwide standard of recognized and accepted Criteria for Quality Exchange Programs. This ensures that our members not only offer valuable placements but also prioritize the development and growth of participants.

    Our members gather annually to share information and techniques on modern practices, further enhancing the quality of our programs.
