Experience International is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 and located in Bellingham, Washington (the most northwestern corner of the United States). Our mission is to design local and global educational opportunities for students, professionals, and businesses to share their skills and cultures through experiential learning, immersion, and mentorship. Ohio Program helps international applicants (agricultural college students, young farmers, etc.) to find a host company to conduct internship/training in the USA. Each year, around 450 applicants obtain a J-1 visa successfully with the help of the Ohio Program. Over 45 years of operation, we have welcomed interns from over 100 countries! We also send US students / recent graduates to other countries for internships.

Our partnership network includes Netherlands, UK, Germany, France, Denmark, and Australia and many other countries. If you are interested in doing an internship in the United States and do not see a partner organization listed for your country please contact us directly for advice.

CAEP brings young adults together from all over the world to share and learn ideas, beliefs, and agricultural practices through international paid agriculture exchange programs. Our vision is to interconnect our world peacefully through our paid agriculture exchange programs in order for our exchange visitors to identify themselves as world citizens transcending from any geographical, cultural or political borders.

For over 35 years, CAEP has given young adults an opportunity to experience the world and gain the confidence they need to prepare themselves for their future in agriculture. Through our agriculture exchange programs, rural families and agricultural operations also have a unique chance to be touched by other cultures, resulting in lifelong friendships.
