• 808 Work and Travel was founded by a former agricultural trainee, Aline Rodrigues,  who participated in programs in the United States in 2009 and 2012. Built on real field experience, the company was created to connect Brazilian agricultural students and professionals with structured international training opportunities.

With over 17 years of experience in global mobility and agricultural programs, 808 has established itself as a specialized agency focused on serious candidates seeking technical growth, international exposure, and career advancement.

The company operates in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, France and Sweden, maintaining strong partnerships with farms, sponsors, and institutions worldwide. Its core focus is agriculture and livestock, ensuring that each placement provides practical, high-level training aligned with the participant’s professional goals.

808 Work and Travel operates with structured processes and clear selection criteria, prioritizing alignment between the candidate, the program, and the opportunity, with a focus on consistency and quality throughout the experience.
